In February, Rev. Janson Chan visited the Bay Area and had various opportunities to provide an update on TTI’s ministry. At BACBC, he shared at worship services and conducted an in-person information session as well as two online sessions.

Timothy Training International’s mission is to develop and disciple Chinese church leaders

We were able to restart our in-person seminars since our last one was held in June 2019. Providentially, we were accredited, and our online learning management system was set in place right before the pandemic hit.

During the second half of the year, TTI’s online education diversified into three venues: 1. Timothy Institute for degree programs; 2. Fisherman Wharf for certificate programs’ and 3. Ezra Hall for self and church group studies.

The institute is growing steadily amid a chaotic world. Janson Chan has become the President of a “seminary” that offers four Masters Degree programs. He also devotes his time to running Inspirata Publishing (endao.co).

2020 was their most productive year in their 20-year history. Nineteen online courses were launched through their robust online learning management system. Student enrollments were three times more than 2019’s.
