In order to understand the suicide problem among the elderly in rural China and to explore solutions, a group of urban Christians set off after the new year's celebrations to a rural area near two provinces. They rented village houses, and visited and served the widowed or lonely elderly in the local surrounding areas. The outcome?

Our mission focus for July is the Chinese Christian Mission (CCM). Their mission is to spread the Gospel and mobilize Chinese Christians to evangelize (share God’s love and message). The headquarter is located in Petaluma, California and their ministries include: 1. Literature/Multi-Media, 2. Home Missions: New San Leandro Gospel Center opened in January 2023, 3. Foreign Missions: Long-Term & Short-Term Missionaries (Asia, Central/South America, Europe).

Praise for completion of an online classes (Grief Counseling, Marriage & Family); more than 65 students completed the courses. Prayer for Summer Short term Mission ministries in Taiwan during the month of July: working with 100 children in an elementary school kids summer camp registered through the CBM church plant.

They face challenges as ministry leads balancing family needs and personal situations. Pray for God’s strength, wisdom, joy and blessings to each father, family and ministries!
