Chinese Bible Mission (CBM) is hosting a bilingual VBS in a local American School (Morrison Academy) and expect 120-150 children to attend. They need you (ages 15-70) to join in serving and sharing the Good News!

Their update is themed around "order, disorder, reorder" which is explained in the update. God has used the recent disorder brought by Covid-19--a global pandemic, political and social upheaval in our country and around the world to uproot the Fortescue and place them in different related ministries in a different state where they are thriving and stretching their faith.

Kingdom Rice (KR) released a new book written for missionaries. Steve Hong applied the biblical ideas of God-given face, community, patronage, reciprocity, and other ideas commonly found in Chinese culture to the training of missionaries, and stated that support raising is not cause for “losing face.”

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship (Northern CA, Southern OR) – In the past 6 months, Derek and Chelsea Jung have visited campuses, encouraged leaders, and prayed with partners, including a college in Klamath Falls. They hosted multiple meals every week to foster community for students.

Dr. David Pardini (ABWE International) Dr. Dave Pardini has become the Pastor of Discipleship at Crossview Community Church in Kennewick, WA. It is a part-time position of about 5 hours per week. He helps the lead pastor prepare his sermon each week and also teaches classes and preaches once every other month.
